1 - VENUE

The prices for the high season cover the period from 15th of April until 14th of October included, and from 1st January until 14th of April, as well as from 15th of October until 31st of December included (low season). They can be modified at any time and without notice.

The venue with the surface area of 200 m2 is let from 6 PM to 2 AM, or from 11 AM to 8 PM ( music ending at 2 AM or 8 PM ), except in the case of the supplementary hours option. Price list below:

SUNDAY BRUNCH (if the venue has been let the day before under the above price ) :

1 000 € in high season, 800 € in low season.

VAT included in all the prices.

PAYMENT:

50% down payment on the reservation.

Balance: No later than 15 days before the reception.

NOTES :

1 - 20% VAT included.

2 - The day preceding holidays is assimilated to the high season Saturday.

3 - In the case of cancelling, down payment or payments are lost by the client

4 - The supplementary hour is billed 150 € VAT included.

5 - Welcome capacity: cocktail reception 200 guests; seated dinner 170 guests maximum (140 in winter).

6 - The number of guests in chart above is based on the greatest number present during the welcoming cocktail, the dinner or the ball.

These prices include: the letting of the venue, kitchen with hot water, cloakroom, French garden and strolling in the woods , interior parking for 90 cars , our civil responsibility insurance, heating, electricity (normal use), interior and exterior lighting of the place, the availability of the person in charge during the entire reception.

These prices do not include: the cost of buffet and the bar, music (see 2nd paragraph), reception material, floral decoration, braking of the material and furniture, guarding and the responsibility for the parking and cloak room, the steam heater for reheating the food.

2 - MUSIC (NON OPTIONAL)

This point is particularly important for the success of your reception within the frame of the legislation that is in force.

NOTE: No other D.J. and sound system will be accepted in the venue without our written dispensation (eventual non motivated refusal) and engagement written by the D.J. as to his respect of the legislation in force. A 500€ deposit before the day of the reception is requested. Signature / approval of the document by organizing families.

3 - RECEPTION FURNITURE non optional

To make an estimation of its cost, count 6,30 € per person seated.

NOTE : Using of other furniture that is not ours cannot be done without our previous acceptance and on the only condition that we could not satisfy your demand concerning table dimensions or the colour of the chairs. The plastic chairs are forbidden in the rooms.

4 - OPTIONS

TWO GIANT SUNSHADES (total surface of 50 m2) , except by strong winds: 130 €
STRAIGHT PIANO: 150 €
ONE SOFA AND TWO ARMCHAIRS: 100 €
GARDEN LOUNGE (one sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table): 60 €
EXTERIOR ILLUMINATION with 50 lanterns: 100 €
PARKING STAFF (non optional beyond 70 persons): 50 €
CIVIL RESPONSIBILITY temporary occupants with the extension guarantying accidental damages done to furniture, property and glass braking (upper limit 7600 €) compulsory.

Nota:

If you wish to make your own flower arrangements, you can come from 2 PM on D-day. It is also possible to come the previous day from 10 AM to 3 PM following our approval. In case of overtime you will be charged 40 €/hour.

PAYMENT FOR THE OPTIONS:

50% down payment on the reservation.
Balance: No later than 15 days before the reception.

5 – CATERER CHOICE

Non optional except written derogation from our part. A list of caterers is at your disposal. Choosing a caterer outside our list (after our written agreement) : an eight euro deposit / guest will be asked and refunded only if the caterer respects following conditions : Putting in place of the reception furniture, sweeping the floor, removing our reception furniture and his material. Taking away of the garbage. Only electrical appliances allowed.
